Is it possible to move them closer? A two hour gap is inconvenient for your guests.

Well, the ceremony will last until 2:45 pm. Also... the ceremony and reception are at least 20 minutes away from each other.

Ours was similar, ceremony at 2:30, cocktail hour at 5, 30 minute drive between the 2. The day looked like this (shortened version):
    7am HMU starts
    10:30am guys get ready
    11am photographer comes
    12:00/30 leave for first look
1pm: first look & wedding party photos
    2pm: arrive at church
    2:30-3:30pm ceremony & receiving line
    3:30-4:15 family photos
    5pm cocktail hour
    6pm dinner
7pm toasts then spotlight dances, dance floor opens
    8:30 cake cutting
    10pm end reception

    11am bridesmaid get dresses
    1145 I get dressed
**** pictures with bridesmaids and alone
1pm 1st look with dad (this didn’t happen as I didn’t start heading to the church at 1 but it’s what was planned)
    110-130 pictures with my family
135-215 pictures with grooms family (these got switched since I was late)
    230-3 ceremony
305-340 (scheduled didn’t take this long) whole group/family pictures) couple pictures
340-4 bridal party pictures (again didn’t take this long)
    drive to reception
    430-445 couple pictures at reception
we got there before this time and got to enjoy some of cocktail hr
    5pm bridal party announced in
    -1st dance
    -speech by my dad
    -short thank you by me
    520 dinner
    parent dances after dinner
    cake cutting around 7:30
