Wedding day hair! Help!

Rachael, on July 13, 2019 at 4:41 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 9
My hair trial is tomorrow! Or basically today since it’s already 1:36 am. I can’t decide if I should do half up half down or an updo. I have attached some photos as options.

If it is a more formal wedding, do the updo! Only do the 1/2 and 1/2 if its a casual or beach wedding.

I love the 3rd and 1st options! What makes you feel most pretty and what would be comfortable for you? I decided to go with an updo since I was concerned about my hair getting messed up more easily otherwise in unpredictable weather and during dancing.

The second pic was my inspo too! So I tried both and ended up liking half up half down better but my bridesmaid told me what if I did both. Up for ceremony and down for reception so maybe you can try that if you can't choose

I think it's all personal preference! (And influenced by season...if your wedding is in july I'd almost always say updo). I originally thought I wanted up and then realized how much I like having some hair down around my face. I also spent an entire year growing my hair out so I decided to let it show! I was so happy with my choice.

It might also depend on the neckline of your dress or veil if you're wearing one. Ultimately though, as others said, it's all about personal preference. For me, having my hair up gives me a headache so I'm definitely planning a half up style just to keep some of it out of my face.

I think it depends on your dress! If you have a pretty back detail, wear the updo to show it off! If not, doesn’t matter. However you feel most beautiful, hair up or down!

I was debating a long down do, the I remembered how hot the back of my neck gets, so I want it up and off my neck. If I was getting married in the winter it would be okay to have it down.

Which style do you want 1000 pictures of yourself in to look at forever? An updo is not really my style so I’m going with half and half.

Same dilemma , my wedding is next month in August. I’m thinking braids with an updo similar to your first photo . I took in consideration., the heat factor, tons of photos inside and outside and looking cute all night long as my wedding is in the evening. Oh and most importantly my dress.
