Wedding coordinator-intimate wedding

No one “needs” a coordinator. It’s really dependent on how much setup and tear down there is to do and how much you want to work on your own wedding day.

I would think with a small gathering you could just ask someone to be your mistress of ceremonies. Just someone to help cue when people go down the aisle, or kind of guide the flow of the event. You need someone to field questions on the day, so people aren’t bothering you with those questions

It really depends on how much you need to do with the vendors and the space and in what time frame. I probably wouldn’t use one though.
