We are having a Cookie Table at our wedding so I have lots of people wanting to make cookies. Does anyone have a List of Cookies that are most popular for weddings or any other way to make it easier so we don't get too many of the same kind. TIA

Oh, lady fingers! Have to have those! Is that what you're talking about OG Alecia? They're a light Italian cookie with cream in the middle! (In a finger shape, lol)

My family is Italian so we did tons of different Italian cookies. It's a tradition. The recipes themselves are great and pretty for any wedding. You can even tailor the icing colors on some to your wedding colors like we did. Examples: Italian wedding cookies, whiskey cookies, Italian drop cookies (with icing color), there are a few more too.

My family is from Pittsburgh and all of my Aunts have made cookies for all of my cousins weddings so far and will be doing the same for ours. Haven't gotten to talk about what kind yet but we are Italian so definitely Pizzeles will be there as many other Italian and non Italian varieties!
