Wedding Colors

So my florist/decorator just did a wedding today and I love the flowers from that wedding. It makes me want to add blush roses to my wedding since I think they look really pretty. Originally, I was going to just have red roses with baby's breath, but now I am thinking of adding some blush roses to my bouquet and possibly my Maid of Honor's bouquet. I want her flowers to be slightly different than the other girls. Do you think it will look okay to add blush to ours, but to nothing else or would you add blush to the other girls flowers and our centerpieces? I have included photos of what I am thinking.

I think it would look great with red, white, and blush roses, but I’m not sure red and blush only would work as well.

Okay would you include the blush in the centerpieces as well? Or just have it for my maid of honor, myself, and my sweethearts table?

Personally, I like the look of the red roses for the centerpieces. I don’t think it would look bad if you incorporated some blush roses and maybe cream or ivory into yours and MOH’s bouquets, but keep the BM’s more simple with just red roses.

Hi Vanessa! I love the bouquet image you included with the red, blush and white roses. It looks really beautifulSmiley love

I think this would work for you and your MOH's bouquet and then keep your other BM bouquets as just red roses. This will incorporate the red rose centerpieces also! Smiley flower

Thanks! I am having a really difficult time deciding. I have always envisioned all red rose flowers for my wedding, but I love the blush roses as well. My fiance said he doesn't care because he wouldn't even really notice unless I went with something completely different like sunflowers so he is no help. I'm meeting with the decorator/florist on Friday. My mom suggested letting her show us different options so I can pick which one I like best. The one thing that has me leaning towards adding the blush is that my mom wants different flowers from my mil. If I had blush then my mom could have blush flowers and my mil could have red.

I think it's a really good idea to hold off on making a final decision until you speak to your florist. S/he will be able to show you what they can do and you will have a better understanding of what your own flowers will look like on your day.
