Wedding Colors

Please help. Be honest. Id like to do the 3 colors attached for my bridesmaids. The older girls wearing the peach, the younger girls wearing the mint and my MOH wearing the turquoise to stand out. Everyone is telling me that 3 colors is too much. What do you all think?

I think it works! Because the two colors are just variations of each other- if they were purple, red and green then that would be too much! haha but it looks great 😊

I’ve read a few wedding articles that say it’s ok to include variants of the same color as it gives the eyes a break. It’s good that the MOH will stand out.

3 colors is not too much. We have three primary and three secondary. Black, ivory, burgundy are primary and blush, champagne and olive green are our secondary. I think you should have more than 3. Those are gorgeous! Maybe add the baby pink and an ivory/white as your secondary?

It's your wedding and if you want three colors go for it! I don't see a problem

How many girls will you have total? I love those colors! The idea of the MOH dress standing out from the others I like as well. I just might have to copy that idea. Congrats!

I love, love, love the combo, BUT my sister had a similar color scheme and had some girls in turquoise (MOHs) and some in the light peachy color (I was one of them) and I felt like it wasn't super flattering against paler skin and didn't photograph nearly as well as the turquoise.... JUST a though to consider if it's a fairly pale peach and you have pale ladies Smiley smile

I have bridesmaids in black/begonia (pink), black/purple, black/oasis (ocean blue), and black/peacock (teal). We will have accents of black, silver, and white.
If people are offended by my wedding colors, that's their problem, not mine.

I don’t think it’s too much at all. It’s really only two colors because the one is just darker. Gorgeous combo! I say go for it.

I think the colors go well together. 3 is hardly too much. Everyone has at least 2 colors in their wedding scheme, so 1 more is hardly over the top. Even in a dress lineup. You could go to a fabric store and put swaths of fabric like your colors by each other to clarify your feelings about how it would look on a bigger scale. Unless the ladies don't want to buy the dresses, but that'd mean since it's your wedding.
