Wedding color help

I’m trying to figure out my colors and I’m having some trouble. My colors are light blue and light pink with a lot of ivory or white decorations. No metallics. My dress is ivory and I want to use a blue for the girls dresses. I’m envisioning blue hydrangeas and light pink and cream/white roses for flowers with some greenery. The problem is I can’t figure out the suits. I only want to use a gray color (absolutely don’t want beige, navy, or blue suits) but I can’t find any pictures that have this scheme. Will it work? If so, does anyone have ideas on the tones of these colors that will look good together? Thank you!
