Wedding ceremony song

When my fiancé and I first started dating, we were exchanging songs when he sent me With Love by Harbour which was the first time he confessed his love for me. It’s a faster song and not as common. I was wondering if there would be a way to hire a pianist to turn this song into a beautiful and slow instrumental song to walk down the aisle to surprise my fiancé. I wouldn’t need a pianist to be there in person. I would just want to pay for the composition and recording of the song to play at my ceremony. If anyone could give me some pointers it would be much appreciated. It would mean so much to my fiancé and I ☺️
