I don’t know why this is being so hard for me! We are having between 2 to 3 tier! I’ve seen a dozen cakes but can’t decide! Even on flavors I’m stuck- I would love some ideas of some of your favorite flavors to help me! What type of icing do you prefer you think?

I prefer buttercream icing...so good!!! I am having trouble as well..I want bling trimming with frosting flowers but stuck in the middle of do I want the cake to be just all bling or frosted/ sugar rose draped cake...smh lol

That’s a bummer! Have you had cake from her before? I d make sure to get flavors I know she does well or does she sell by the slice maybe she can a put a sampler plate together with a few different slices for a small fee. Otherwise I d go with someone that does a trial. Good luck!

Buy a small cake from her for your tasting, and look at her Instagram for her decor range. You don't want to invest in something that is inedible. Taste is subjective.

I agree with Michelle have a cake party haha. You can get the same cake from 3 different bakeries and each bakery will make it differently. You want to make sure you like the baker's products before you sign a contract. Also keep in mind when choosing your design, fondant can look lovely but doesn't taste great. Good luck!
