Wedding arch

Those of you who have decorated your own wedding arch with tulle, what width tulle/organza did you need? I keep seeing it sold in 6” width but all the pictures for inspiration of arches on like Pinterest make it seem like people used thicker widths to get that flowy look.

Eh I think it depends on what material your arch is made from.. I’ve seen some with a lot of drapery and some with only a little.. do you have any pictures of yours ?

Try Hobby Lobby or Michaels or JoAnn, in the fabric section. They sell bolts of tulle by the yard, which are between 2 - 6 feet in width. And they come in a variety of colors as well, and some include sparkly glitters. There are also different textures, like softer, more flowy tulle, or the stiffer stuff.

CV Linens has fabric that is 54" by 10 yards. I'm looking at getting two.

    Hope this helps!
