Hi, can someone please help? My website is down even though I paid to renew on time. I emailed support on Monday and haven’t heard back.

Thank you! They just wrote me back but their instructions didn’t work. They gave me instructions to go back into the website and set up the URL. When I enter in my former URL - it says the domain is already claimed.. I don’t want to create a new URL. I want the old one reinstated. Can you please help?

Have you sent them any screenshots of the issue? It sounds like maybe they misunderstood your question, but showing them a pic of the error message could help them get you more accurate info.
