Weather in September for outdoor ceremony

Ok, so I'm freaking out about how the weather will be like Sept 4th or sept 18th since the ceremony will be outdoors (reception indoors). Those are the two dates I cant decide on. I'm afraid it will be too hot to have a ceremony at 2pm or it may be too cold and possibly windy? I live in stockton,CA. Is anyone else from here? What am I to do??? I need to decide quick so I can call them back to book the ceremony for that date or find a different ceremony spot to have it indoors? I'm really stressed out. Pls help

I went thru the same stress when planning for my October 3rd 2009, wedding which is being held in my parent's backyard in Sacramento, CA. I even called the local 40 Fox News weather girl to see what her thoughts were. LOL. Here's a handy tool that can give you past weather history on certain days and an average:
