Wearing rings on honeymoon: yay or nay?

Who is planning to wear, or has worn, their ring set on their honeymoon? We’re going to Walt Disney world for a week in November and although my rings have both a lifetime protection plan as well as jewelry insurance, I’m still a bit iffy on wearing something expensive in a park or even traveling with them. Hearing others’ experiences may put me at ease! If you didn’t wear your ring set, what did you do as an alternative? Also attaching pictures of our rings from our wedding because I love them so much, and if you’d like to as well please do! 😊

Do you own the rings or do the rings own you? Live your life and wear the rings lol if you have insurance, why are you worried?

I haven't thought of this at all and our honeymoon is next month. Reading through all the comments, I may go for either band only (which is a little odd because it is shaped to curve around my engagement ring) or silicon.

We are leaving for Jamaica 2 days after we get married. My mom will take my rings and aslo get them soldered while we are gone. I got a similar set that's fake off of amazon I plan to wear, considering a silicone one as well.

We got engaged in WDW! He wanted me to put the ring back in the box since it was too big, but it had a sizer and i refused, lol. It didn’t get lost. I was just there in May and wore both my rings, my goes all the time and wears her rings. Unless you are going to the water park you’re fine to wear them in the park. If you go to the water park, lock them in the in room safe.

I got a fake set from amazon. My mom will take my rings in to be soldered while we are away. My rings are fairly pricey and do not want to lose them in the ocean etc...

My FH and I took a trip to WDW shortly after we got engaged. We traveled from Los Angeles, I never once felt iffy about wearing my ring while going through the airport or going into the parks daily. We were there for 7 days.

So pretty!! We wore our rings on our honeymoon, we don't ever take them off so we felt pretty comfortable having them along with us. Have you already gone on your honeymoon? Where are you going?
