We do not want to do Hora Loca. What is another option?

Hey everyone, so my fiancé and I are not huge fans of Hora Loca. Have any of you heard of any other options or are any of you doing something different instead of?

Can you explain what that is? Most things you can simply leave out of your wedding if you don't want to do it.

It translates to “the crazy hour”. Usually the 2nd or 3rd hour of the reception there is a lull in the party and they kickstart it with some entertainment like a Mardi Gras theme or the people in stilts with neon lights come out and pass out the glow sticks, etc. We don’t like it and it seems a little played out I guess

Every part of the wedding is for you and FH to decide what you're comfortable with. Simply skipping it is always an option.
