Waxing or threading which is better?

I've been thinking of getting my eyebrow and upper lip waxed or threaded before the wedding but don't know which is less irritating to the skin. I don't do either I've had waxing done before but I had red specks left and it hurt for a while after. I just don't want irritated skin on the big day. Of course I'd try whichever I decide to before the wedding to see how my skin reacts but which would you recommend waxing or threading?

Threading is generally less irritating. Either way, don't wait until right before the wedding to have your first treatment in case you react

I recommend threading over waxing. I used to wax but I'll never go back after doing threading

Team Threading. I've been doing it for about 12 years. It hardly irritates my skin. Waxing made me bright red and swollen for days. I also feel like my eyebrows come out perfect with threading. Very precise, where there is a lot of room for error with waxing.

Threading for sure. Less damaging to your skin

Personally I've waxed for years and just tried threading and I could not take the pain! That being said it is more precise and better looking. I also know that some people think threading is way less painful. Since it varies I'd recommend trying both between now and the wedding and seeing what you like!

I have done threading for years. Love it! I always tell them not to put the "soothing solution" on afterwards though because I have sensitive skin. Make sure to do it when you dont have to be anywhere important for awhile. I stay red for a few hours. But your eyebrows will be on point!

I've never had threading done. I get waxing done and sometimes I get a couple of little, mild breakout from it so I recommend doing it a few days in advance.

I prefer threading. In my opinion it doesn't hurt as bad as waxing Smiley smile and like others have said, it's more precise. Unfortunately I couldn't find a place near where I live now that does threading, so I gotta go with waxing :T
