Wash Park Boathouse - Denver Reception Vendors

Cassandra, on January 18, 2014 at 9:20 PM Posted in Planning 1 7

My fiancé and I have already booked the Wash Park Boathouse in Denver for our reception and we are now finding that the vendors for rentals and catering we've been finding are quite expensive. I'm looking for referrals of any affordable vendors in the Denver area. Your help is truly appreciated!

I don't think there are many Colorado brides on here but just keep searching for reviews of vendors in the area and utilize the WW Vendor tool

We are getting married in Highlands Ranch, but our venue is all inclusive. Do they have certain places that you have to use or can you get any vendor? What type of food are you thinking about?

My sister got married in Colorado, the only vendor I remember is her photographer which was from Yellow Paddle photography. They are very budget friendly, and she was quite happy with their services. Her venue was pretty inclusive (included food, cake, etc) and I have no idea who her DJ was (the DJ was fine for me but not amazing and I don't remember who it was). Her florist was in Highlands Ranch, it might have been Abloom, but I'm not 100% sure. And the florist was really great but I think a little pricey. Good luck on the other things but hopefully that's a couple things you can look into for now!

I live in Denver but we're getting married in Mexico.

There's Butler Rental and Event Rents off the top of my head. You can google both for contact info. There's also a huge rental place just north of I70 on Colorado Blvd. I don't know the name of it but you seriously can't miss it, they have a giant two story tent set up outside! Love the WP Boathouse. We considered it for our AHR after we return from Mexico but it was too pricey to consider for essentially a welcome home party. Good luck planning!
