Waffle Bar Reception

Katie, on November 24, 2017 at 10:37 AM Posted in Planning 0 4

Hello! Thinking of having a waffle bar at our reception. I’ve tried to research caterers that do this in Georgia, but so far can’t really find what I’m looking for.

Any suggestions? Or has anyone ventured to do it themselves? Thanks!

Don't know anyone in Georgia but just throwing out there that we thought of doing a chicken and waffle bar. A waffle bar sounds great!

Don't do it yourself. Contact few of the waffle houses in your area and a few more caterers. Try Southern Grace catering.

I'd suggest checking with the catering arm of restaurants known for their brunches.

And a waffle bar sounds AMAZING

Ask a brunch caterer. They may not advertise this as something they do, but someone may be willing to do a custom brunch (assuming this is brunch and not dessert for an evening reception). If they know how to make waffles (which they should!), all they have to do is bring a selection of yummy toppings like fresh fruit, preserves, whipped cream, nuts, flavored syrups... maybe even some bacon! Good luck - sounds delicious.

ETA: Don't do it yourself though - cold, limp waffles sound less delicious.
