Vistaprint for Invites/Save the Dates?

Kelsey, on October 6, 2017 at 1:36 PM

Hi there! Has anyone used vistaprint to print their invites/save the dates? I was thinking of buying PDFs from Etsy, but was curious about the process. Do they cut for you? What about printing addresses on the envelopes (return address on the flap) ? Any tips would help--Thanks!

I used vistaprint for both and loved them. I did my own addressing though.

I used vistaprint for my STDs. Instead of ordering them as a STD, I ordered them as postcards since they were the same size. Ended up saving about $40 by doing the postcard. They turned out great and we’re perfect for my envelopes. I’m planning on using them for invitations as well.

You can input the addresses you want printed on the envelopes when you order them. Wait for Black Friday they have a giant sale like 70% off. You. Can also pay like $5 for a custom made invitation that is what I did.

I bought a PDF on Etsy and then used VistaPrint for my invites. I love the way they turned out! The PDF ended up being a bit too "stretched out" once I uploaded it to VP, and VP edited it for me and they turned out perfect. They're also always having great deals so I got 200 invites with rsvp cards and an Accomodations card for about $150.

We did our invitations through them. Proof them carefully.... we didn't t notice until close to the day we were sending that FH name was spelled wrong. Our fault and a $50 fix but unnecessary money spent if we would have been paying closer attention. I like how ours turned out. I made bands for them and bought blue outer envelopes from Amazon.

Got our STDs through Vista Print and love them! Also, bought the matching envelopes with return address printed on them. Affordable, and fast shipping too! Plus, they always have half price specials running.

I used etsy postcards for save the dates and regret it! They were great and seemed perfect but when they got mailed the stamps soaked through so the ink went through to the picture. Smiley sad

My mom used them for our engagement party and they came out so cute!! They were really good quality and a great price. Plus they always have deals and promo codes.. They actually offer a wedding paper sample kit they will send for free to see what different options look / feel like in real life.

I did not want to blow my budget on invites. I got a great deal on vistaprint and also used them for save the dates and programs! Really happy with everything (including the price). Great customer service too!

My save the dates I did through CVS because they had the template that I was looking for... my invites I did through Zazzle.com and they run 40% and 50% off sales all the time. Both came out amazing!

I bought a template from Etsy and printed on vista print. They came out perfect. I addressed them myself though. Over all it was much cheaper than getting them somewhere else
