I found a videographer I really like who is affordable as well. However he doesn’t have many reviews for 2019. On the company’s Facebook they have a lot of videos post from 2019 so I know they are still in business. The reviews they do have are wonderful. Is this a red flag or should I proceed?

I would ask how long they’ve been in business and if they have references you could reach out to. Or look at their work to see if you like it.

Do they have reviews before 2019? If so, this wouldn’t really alarm me. It’s only the beginning of wedding season. People are also much more inclined to write reviews when they have a negative experience, so unless there were recent negative reviews, I wouldn’t be concerned.

If they have prior reviews on multiple website from previous years, I wouldn't be worried!

Hi Emma!
As Caytlyn mentioned, it is the beginning of the wedding season so you may not see many reviews for 2019 for this reason. Do they have a lot of reviews from 2018, and years before that?
In your message, "On the company’s Facebook they have a lot of videos post from 2019..", did you mean 2018?
