Hi Ladies, I just got this dress in today, and I'm trying to think of ways to bustle it after the ceremony so I can dance the night away. I have bustled dresses before but I'm at a loss on what to do with my own (of course, haha). Here is a link to the dress on David's Bridal website

There's a of of organza layering (including a huge rosette) which is my pain point right now on figuring out what to do. Would appreciate any ideas OR if you have this dress I would love to see what you did!

I am not a seamstress. But I would bet you are going to have to have a 5 point bustle. Have you already talked to a seamstress to see what they can do? They will be able to tell you for sure.

First of all, what a stunning dress. Holy cow.
Second, I'm also at a loss. Is it possible to go to the store and have alterations demonstrate their bustle reccomendations? That's what I would do.

Hi Alice!! Love this gown, Vera Wang is one of my faves! Most of David's Bridal shops have in-house alterations. I would definitely suggest making an appointment with the alterations team and seeing what they suggest. They would have experience either with this exact dress or the fabric to let you know what can be done to bustle your gown.

Hi ladies, I have the same dress and would love to know if anyone solved this?? Or David bridals advice?? Unfortunately I bought the dress when I was on holiday in Hawaii and won’t be able to get a David’s bridal to alter it
