Venue question

I did a lot of reserch, emailed about ten, and visited one. We knew as soon as we pulled up to our venue, that it was the one. We had our contract signed and deposit down within a few days.

I toured 3 he did 2 of them with me. Looked at probably a dozen online. Then plans changed and now were doing a destination wedding to Montana where our ceremony will be lakeside in Glacier National Park and our reception will be just outside the park. And we havnt seen it in person. Only in pictures and videos.

Just one for me!

We toured 2, and picked the 2nd one!

We researched ~20 places, requested quotes from ~6, and then just toured one and booked it. We'd been to a wedding at our top choice venue about six months before we got engaged so we just couldn't get it out of our heads. We're planning from the other side of the country so we wouldn't have had time for too many venue tours though!

I looked at a lot online and scheduled 3 tours. The first one i looked at, i fell in love with it. After 3 months of having the same feeling, i went ahead and gave my deposit for it. 🤗

We went to 3 before deciding. We chose the 2nd one.

FH and I did a lot of research online. Because I prefer to communicate via email/text venues that did not provide this as an option or that just had terrible and uninformative websites were immediately dropped. Then we looked for places that fit within out venue budget and that we also liked the look of. I emailed about 20-30 venues. Toured about 7. We chose the 5th venue we toured which we loved right away, but we also don't like to rush into things without having all the information.

Two, but in my mind I already knew that the one we booked was what I wanted, I had been to a shower there and it was perfect! But we looked together at one other place before taking my FH to the one I dreamed of. He wasn’t as impressed because it was a couple thousand more ... but oh well!

2! Fell in love with the 2nd venue we toured.

Just one. I researched a few online and found one I loved. We went for a visit and both agreed that it was perfect. So we booked it the next day. It was super fast & easy.

Zero 🤣 I've known where I've wanted to be married since I was a kid and we called them the morning after getting engaged. I'd have called them sooner but it was a Sunday. Absolutely no regrets here, they've been stellar.

I had 5 the I got quotes from and has scheduled touring, the first day of touring I had 2 venues to go to. The first venue treated me so bad!! The minute we sat down they started to suggested OTHER venues, and this place was my first pick it was beautiful. But they treated us so bad, the second venue we toured i loved and they were so kind. I picked the second one the next day.

Two. I loved them both. The second one was a perfect package that fit our budget❤

Technically we looked at 7 but four of them so two pairs were sister venues, but we knew number for was pretty much instantly correct for us and I was in love with it online for years before seeing it in person

I looked at about 6 in total and then narrowed it down to 3 for my fiancé to go see himself with his work schedule being so hectic

We have looked at 12 venues and no more. But I still can’t decide😂. FH has given me till the end of this month to make a decision. Didn’t realize how indecisive I was until now.

One! I already screened out several prospects before visiting my future venue.

I looked at hundreds of venues it seemed. Then narrowed it down to 4. Toured 3 of the 4 but decided on the one and canceled the 4th.
