Venue Food Tasting

We live out of state from all family - who comes to the tasting? Just me and my man? Should I ask our day of coordinator? I’ll be charged hourly and that seems pricey - I feel so confused lol

    We went alone and our coordinator was with us because she was part of the hotel we had our meeting. At the end of the day you two need to make the decision on food so I would keep it small.

    We could only have 2 people attend so the obvious choice was me and hubs. We would have invited his parents too if we could have.

    We did 3 tastings since we could choose our own caterer. The first one we went to alone, the second one we went to with my mom & stepdad, and the third one with his mom & sister. They all offered a tasting for 4 people for free.

    You can definitely go alone if you that's your preference. My parents are coming to our venue tasting because they're hosting and want to get an idea of the food as well. For our cake tastings, my parents are coming with us to one and FMIL is coming to the other.

    I am going with my mom because my FH said he is tired of meetings and doesn't want to go lol. He said just don't have chunks of tomatoes or mushrooms in things. I said duhh haha. Anyone extra than 2 people cost money.
