Yes they need to be fed. You don’t need to feed the florist, baker or officiant (unless they are a friend/relative attending anyway). But the others will be with you for hours with no opportunity to slip away to get McDonalds.

Hi ! I added my photographer and my DJ, my officiant was officially invited to the wedding. So - yes.

Yes, we are feeding all of our vendors who will be there throughout the night.

Depending on your caterer you would. Mine had a separate category for “under 4”, children up to 13, young adults (the under 21 group), adults & vendors. We are also having an open bar & although they are getting fed they are not added into the adults for the bar count (I have my vendors getting the same meal as guests rather than something else).

Yes! Your DJ, photographer/videographer, planner, etc. will need to be fed if they are staying through the reception. Check with your venue though; for us, if we used our venue's preferred venders, there was no extra charge for their meals.

Yes you should. Some vendors require you to have them on the dinner list. Also if they are with you all day I'm sure they will be hungry

If they are going to be at the wedding for a while then yes I feel they should be added. We added our dj, photographer, servers, and bartenders. They will be working all day at our wedding and deserve like any other job to have a break where they can eat.

    Yes, feed your vendors.

When I was a videographer, I was generally expected to show up at 9-10am for bride prep, and be present until the grand exit at 10-11pm. There are no breaks to run out and grab food at a wedding. Your vendors only get fed if you feed them.
