Vendor Seating

Our DJ ate at their station since they needed to play music all night. Our DOC, photographer and videographer ate in the kitchen.

I actually had a bit of room for them all so I just let them sit at their own table

I was originally going to have a vendor table, but my venue coordinator said they normally just eat in the louche area and that’s easier for them so they can get up easily if they need to take care of something and they normally don’t sit down for long anyway. I would check with your vendors and see what they prefer and will be easiest for them.

I never saw my DJ or his team eating but I know they did because I got vendor meals for them. I assume he ate on his spot. My photographer team (3) and videographer (2) ate at our cocktail hour section at the same time we were eating. We had couches set up and they just sat all together. My coordinator and her team as well as the catering staff all ate at the kitchen while we were dancing.

At my venue they have a vendor table where they will eat together.. same meals as us

Most places can either screen off an area in the back or the bar. They deserve time off!!. And the venue will try to serve them quickly.

Our DJ and DOC were part of the same company so they sat together at his booth. I think the photographer ate at a table in the back? I'm not really sure if I'm being honest.
