"Vendor No Longer Receiving Messages"

Literally ALL of my vendor messages are displaying this warning. I submitted a request to get it fixed over a week ago, but it still won't let me send any messages. Anyone know how to fix this???

    Are you trying to get a hold of them through this website? Have you tried just using their personal contact info like their email instead of using the site?

    Can you just communicate with them directly? Especially if you've already hired them as vendors, don't you have their direct contact info?

    Contact them directly. You should have their phone/email in your files.

    I'm trying to hire a DOC, and it won't let me message with any of the ones that I've been sending messages to. I'm not too worried about the rest of my vendors, but it makes trying to hire an additional vendor a little frustrating.

    Oh, that is frustrating. Hope WW is able to help you figure out the problem! Maybe in the meantime until you get it sorted out, you can search the vendor tab for DOCs through the Knot.

    Try going directly to their website and contacting them via their contact form or email.

    Also if they have no contact info in the Vendor Listing area, Google the business name and their website/number will pop up.
