I agree with Amber. Your best option is to talk to these venues yourself. Most places have standard packages or allow you to create custom packages. We had a custom package as we wanted buffet style rather than plated and all of their standard packages were plated. Depending on what type of food and alcohol you want will help determine the cost. Most places have set prices for like certain bar packages that they likely won't negotiate with.

I would contact them all directly. Most if not all will have pricing for different packages. What 1 person had, you might not. You might be able to find a range of pricing on their website but every wedding is different so most places require that you call so that they can quote you based on your wedding needs and wants. I think you should talk to them all, when I found my venue I told them they were out of my budget and they found a way to make it work. I’m sure these venues will try to make it work for you. I love Russos btw such a beautiful location.
