So...we are having 2 "friend-ors" (friend vendors) that will be doing our videography as well as my hair! But my planner requires contracts, does anyone have a sample vendor contract they could share?

I agree with you planner on this one. Emotions run wild during wedding planning. You don't want to leave anything to chance of anything being said that could be misinterpreted, and then be out a videographer or hairdresser on your big day. Plus if they get sick or just anything happens in general. You want to show your appreciation, but keep it professional at the same time. If they are professionals they should have contracts, if not look up sample contracts and make one together.

Monica's right - always have a contract and even with friendors. That way, it's all in writing, no matter what happens.
I agree with Tara in the Googling sample contacts, but if your planner requires contracts, could you ask them for some samples or help drawing one up?
