Vendor Contract - Photographers - Liability Clause

Hello! I'm getting ready to sign a contract with a photographer. I asked my mom to review the contract as a second set of eyes and she expressed concern over the liability clause - feeling it was too widely written (basically that it gave too much 'out' for the photographer) . I think it's fine and protects both the photographer and client fairly.... but for sanity's sank would anyone be willing to share example liability clauses from the photographers you used?
