Have you communicated photos you’d like, any song must haves/must not haves?

There's not much you need to discuss until closer to your wedding. Many vendors (photographer, videographer, DJ, officiant) will send you questionnaires about your preferences with due dates around a month out. Obviously you'll need to discuss tastings and menus with your caterer and baker.

For the dj you’d talk about what songs go with what events. Photographer you can discuss some poses and the shot list.

Photo listing of what you want taken and song lists, such as ceremony music, entrance songs, first dances, etc. most vendors should give you a basic list of photo shots to help you along, if not im sure google will help!

My vendors have given us little questionnaires and timeline sheets that we have to fill out, but they aren’t due until 3 weeks before the wedding. In those, they also actually ask for my other vendors’ contact info so they can all also talk and coordinate for the day. May want to see if your vendors will do the same!
