I know wearing the veil over the face isn’t as common as it used to be, but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do it! I won’t be doing it for my wedding, but I do think it looks beautiful and very bridal.

Me! I love the look of a veil and think when it’s lifted is such a sweet moment!! What length are you thinking?

    Hey Angel Smiley smile

I think this sounds really romantic. Have you bought your wedding dress yet? What length veil are you considering accessorizing it with?

I absolutely Love the look! But it isn’t for me, I’m not having a veil at all - which is surprising bc since I was little it was always on my MUST HAVE list . Lol

FYI you'll need a "blusher" veil for this - a veil with 2 layers with one shorter than the other. I had a blusher veil but wore it off my face walking down the aisle, much to the chagrin of my traditional family. I just wanted people to see my face.

I'm doing this! Check out Etsy for veils with a blusher.

My wedding is also going to be pretty traditional. I haven't decided if I want to walk down the aisle with the veil over my face yet. I love the pictures where the partner lifts the veil with the biggest grin on their face though.

I do plan on having a cathedral veil, so it might be a little over board for me.

I say go for it! It's your wedding, and you can rock whatever you want!

I'm doing this! My fiance actually really likes the idea, so that sealed it. Wedding traditions are yours to do what you want with!

I am doing it. I feel a little weird but it was FH request so why not.

I'm a veil designer and I'm using hand-dyed blush tulle for my cathedral length veil with blusher. I sorta modeled the fullness of the blusher after the late Princess Diana. Can't wait to wear it!! You'll look beautiful. ❤
