Anyone know where to find them or how to make them? The only ones I find are the david tutera pearl and they look big and expensive. I also get a few etsy results that are expensive and not cute. What is the weight part made of?

    Hi Everyone,

My name is Jill Watson. I am the original creator of Veil Weights by Save the Veil at www.savetheveil.com I am enjoying reading your comments about DIY Weights.

As a wedding planner in Orange County California for 20 years I saw the need and came up with a solution. Please don't use tape, it will not work. You will probably create a "parachute" effect and then the tape will come loose and there goes your veil. The craft store ideas will also probably not work. Our Veil Weights were created to be just the right size/weight to do the job. They slide on and off easily and will not damage your veil! Please don't take a chance!!! If your veil blows up and out of control...it's all your guests will talk about!!!

Please see our video...it speaks for itself on our Facebook page at Save the Veil. Please let me know if you have any questions! All the best to you beautiful brides!

Just get some boutonniere pins from michaels or somewhere like that, cut the pin part off and hot glue them to tiny round magnets
