Veil on the beach?

Hi there Heather!

If you're afraid of these things happening, and you would love to wear one, you could always choose a blusher length veil (to the shoulders), an elbow-length veil, or a birdcage, which may be easier to manage

Also, a veil blowing in the wind can make for some gorgeous photos, check out below!!

Depending on what way the wind is blowing, you could ask your FS to switch sides at the top of the aisle

Let us know what you decide to do in the end

I am not getting married on the beach but we are having an outdoors ceremony. All the advice I have received has been to get a veil with some weight to end of it to keep it from flipping around. I'm looking at veils with some kind of beading or heavier lace to keep it in place.

I am debating this too. I want to go full cathedral because my train is gorgeous on my gown, and then I can also have my MOH hold the veil down in case of severe wind.
