using the guest list on weddingwire

I am not so sure how to do it on WW but for my STD's I just printed/exported the guest list and then put checks next to the ones I sent to keep track. They have the option under reports to export, print, or email.

Hi AniaKamila! You'll need to have updated your guest list tool settings to 'Track invitations for this event', and can then mark invitations as sent by the specific event tab!

- Log into your WeddingWire account

- Hover over ‘Planning Tools' and click ‘Guest List’

- Select the specific event tab

- Select ‘Invitations’

- Click ‘Settings’ and be sure that ‘Track invitations for this event’ is checked

- Click ‘Save’

- Now you can edit the ‘Save-the-Date’ sent by clicking the grayed out circle under either the 'Save-the-Dates Sent' column, or 'Invitations Sent' column

- Click ‘Batch Edit’, select the guests you would like to edit, then click ‘Edit Save-the-date status’ or 'Edit Invitation Status'
