Good job on the “reset.” I lost my job while wedding planning/paying and when I got a new one two months later it was at 1/3 the pay. 😭 It’s totally ok to cut stuff people don’t notice anyway: programs, guestbook, borrow a cake cutter, skip toasting flutes, a lot of small decor, etc).

Congrats on your new jobs!! I'm glad that your venue was able to work with you to pick a new date. I hope that now that you've rescheduled, you can indeed be back on track and have a beautiful wedding.

So that what had set us back and I have just about all of my decor we have trimmed down the guest list as well. I'm happy that you were able to do the same and get back on track Congratulations to you as well

Well congratulation. FH and I were in the same situation as well with the situation with COVID, so we push ours back, then back again and again once more. We also cut things including our guests lol we are now having a planned elopement and couldn't be happier. FH never wanted a big wedding but wanted it only because I did. Now seeing certain things, I'm on the same level and don't want a big wedding anymore, maybe when we renew our vows in 20 or 30 years.
