I have emailed and called the contact at our venue repeatedly over the last 2 months. Not a single word from him. We've already paid thousands to this place, so I'm definitely a seriously committed customer. I get that our wedding isn't until next April and there are weddings going on now, but to...

I have emailed and called the contact at our venue repeatedly over the last 2 months. Not a single word from him. We've already paid thousands to this place, so I'm definitely a seriously committed customer. I get that our wedding isn't until next April and there are weddings going on now, but to completely ignore me? Can't you take 1 minute and reply to my email letting me know you will get back to me later? I know they're not going under or anything because they just opened a restaurant and post on their facebook page pictures of their various events all the time. I am getting really frustrated and I don't know what to do. I don't want to be "that" bride but I have questions I'd like an answer to that will influence other budget decisions. Does anyone have any advice?

    Yeah. 2 months is a long time for them to ignore you. That would make anyone a bridezilla Smiley smile I'd post on facebook or if you are still uncomfortable with that, go to the venue. Tell them he's been unresponsive.
