My videographer has horrible communication. I email and call no response. I'm trying to get her paid and see she barely responds to emails. This is a huge sign to find someone else right.

    Vendors should make you feel at ease, not cause more stress.

    I'd definitely start looking for a backup videographer. If she can't be bothered to take your money, she won't have a problem not showing up for your wedding.
