Is anyone having a unity ceremony? Jumping the broom, unity sand, candles?

No I didn’t have that. My unity candle was small enough to fit on a table. Here is a picture.Unity Ceremonies 1

We had a gatlinburg tennessee wedding. We decided to have a sand ceremony on the bank of a body of water. The priest pours white sand into the center of a transparent vessel and reads ritual words. The bride and groom make a vow to each other and add sand to the vessel. The vessel is sealed and is considered a symbol of unity. We used colored sand and the result is a colorful unique mixture of layers in the vessel.

I love this!! We also went with the unity sand. Although, we did not have the white sand. Only the two colors for us.
