Unity Ceremonies

I am thinking about but he may say that it's too much and say we dont need it. I think its cute

Yes! Instead of sand, we'll be mixing colored glass pebbles. The pebbles will then be given to a glass artist who will make something from them for us to keep. I'm so excited!

Yes we are doing a unity candle, its pretty standard in our circle at the start of the ceremony our moms will go up and light candles and then at the end we will us those candles to light one candle. We are both super close to our moms and they love each other so it was a nice way to have them involved in the ceremony.

No our wedding ceremony is in a church they do allow candles, the venue for the reception only allows the electric ones. A friend of mine used Unity in Glass and oh my gosh its such a beautiful piece in their home now. https://www.unityinglass.com there are few packages/pieces to be chosen from but they had something similar to this one made .

It is extra money but what s nice about it is its a beautiful piece of your wedding you get to keep. One of the frustrating things about paying for the wedding is so many of the big sticker items are just for the day you don't actually get to keep any of it. So I could see why this would be worth it. It could even become something that gets passed down.

We are doing the unity sand and then after the wedding we are putting it in our house as a decoration
