Unique element

We are doing an anniversary dance instead of a bouquet/garter toss. I'm doing two different table designs. So 6 tables will have one design, and the other 6 tables will have a different design. Wanted to switch it up so there's more to look at. I don't like public speaking so I decided I wouldn't want to read personalized vows in front of 100 people. So fh and I are going to have a first look and read our vows to each other privately.

So many things! FH is a football coach and football is life. So we wanted to find some very discreet football themed elements in it... this is our aisle runner The front of the church where FH is standing is touchdown!

We are (hoping to--as long as it works and doesn't rain) ride in an old model T from the wedding to the reception, and to match that, we have a top hat for him and long white gloves for me to wear which we plan on slipping on in the back of church before making our exit.

No rain in the forecast, so yay!

We will be doing glass frits as our unity "sand" pouring it together and then having the glass blown into whatever design we choose to have in our house. The bottom will have our names and wedding date engraved on it.

Us getting married. I've never seen my FH and I get married at anyone else's wedding. Other than that, nothing. I'm sure it's all been done before. Even our Wes Anderson table names.

We liked the idea of a wine box ceremony, but FI hates wine and I only occasionally drink it. "Our" drink is Crown Royal Apple, so I am having a custom box made that will hold a bottle of Crown and two high ball glasses engraved with our wedding date on them, we will use that for the ceremony to make it appropriate to us and our relationship.

Well since I can't have a drink donkey at my wedding I'm just going to elope.
