Emotional explosion today, but there are only TWO days until the wedding.
FH and I were running some last minute errands, one of which was to FINALLY get my ring soldered. I have had the first part of the ring since 2008. I got used to it, but I really preferred the ring with how I imagined it would look with its other half. I had this idea of how it looked...I wonder if I just put it up on a pedestal of beauty - because when they gave me back the ring...I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I wanted my old ring back.
I actually sobbed in the car. I just HATE the gaps between the two parts of the ring. I thought they would be filled in - looking up the ring online (picture) I realized, nope, that's how it's supposed to be. Every time I think of having to wear it I start crying again.
Is it that ugly? Did this happen to anyone else??
