Under dress help

The dress will definitely need altered and shortened. You can wear whatever you feel most comfortable with underneath it- regular bra and panties, shape wear, or nothing at all! Completely up to you. Just make sure you wear it when you go for your first alterations appointment.

It depends what kind of look you're going for. You could wear a petticoat if you want a peek of color underneath, or to make the skirt fuller. You could also do a corset or shapewear if you want to emphasize the curvy/hourglass shape. Or you could leave it as it is and wear normal undergarments, whatever is most comfortable for you

Wear what will make you the most comfortable. If you feel more supported and/or confident in shapewear then go with that. If you are happy and comfortable in your normal undergarments then feel free to choose that instead.

Whatever it is you decide on, make sure you try it on with your dress and also bring it to your alterations appointment. The dress need to be shortened but it is worth it! You look so happy and beautiful wearing it!
