Hello ladies, so I am at the fourteen day mark, and whilst I've been fairly chilled up until this point...I'm starting to feel the pressure.
I've been working really hard on losing weight- my dress had to be taken in a lot during my first fitting, but at my second fitting (3 weeks later), I had lost weight again despite trying to maintain. They are taking it in again, but have warned me that I cannot afford to lose-or gain- anything now, as there will be no time for further alterations
This is stressing me out! I've been on keto for a long time, and had planned to "maintain" by introducing some more vegetables and salad, but that clearly didn't work. The last thing I want to do is increase my eating/decrease my exercise at 2 weeks out- but I also don't want to be walking down the aisle in a dress that's too big for me! I'm my own worst critic and usually pull my appearance apart anyway, so this is a difficult time for me.
And I keep thinking there are other things I should be doing/am forgetting about! All of the big things are done- but any tips on the smaller bits and bobs that sometimes get overlooked?!
Thanks for listening, just needed to rant I think. Hope everyone else's planning is going well
