trying hair extensions for the first time for the wedding day

So I have never worn hair extensions before but I really think it would be great to wear them for my wedding just to give that extra thickness and volume. I have watched some youtube videos and they look so easy and really transform your hair! But my question is, did any of you use hair extensions...

So I have never worn hair extensions before but I really think it would be great to wear them for my wedding just to give that extra thickness and volume. I have watched some youtube videos and they look so easy and really transform your hair!

But my question is, did any of you use hair extensions for your wedding day as your first time using them? what are you thoughts? did you love it? Im really open minded about it! I would just love some advice, THANKS Smiley smile

**and it would most likely be clip-ins. Does anyone have a preference? clip-ins vs. semi/full permanent? Also I would FOR SURE do a trial run before and test them out

    I have used clip in extensions ever since I cut all my hair off (big mistake for my face shape!) I absolutely LOVE my clipins, but I am doing semi permanet extensions for the day of... Although the cost a bit more I want my length and volume to last through the honeymoon and if I have to fuss with them ill end up leaving them out.

    I love my clip in extensions! I wear them when I curl my hair for volume and will definitely be wearing on my wedding day. My only advice in addition to pp's, is to practice wearing them a couple times for a whole day. I used to get headaches from them when I first started wearing them cause of the extra weight but I got used to them quickly. Also, if you plan on curling them and wearing your hair down, curls tend to hold better in extensions that have been used a bit. When they are brand new some brands tend to be very silky and don't hold as well the very first use.

    I have never used them before and using clip ins for my wedding. I just ordered mine from Myfantasyhair.com and they are amazing!
