So I went dress shopping for the first time last week! I went in with an open mind but knowing my style and had a specific dress I wanted to try on. It was the first one I tried and when I looked in the mirror it took my breath away. I then tried a completely different, more formal style that I loved as well and now I’m torn. My mom and mother in law are insisting I go to tons of stores and try on tons of dresses but I know I’ve already tried on my dress. The first one is whimsical and fun and very much my style. The second one goes well with the venue and time of year. What do I do?! Go with my heart or my brain?! Picture attached for comparison.

The 2nd one looks better on you. But, if you FEEL better in the first one, that’s important, too.

Go with your heart! Both dresses are GORGEOUS. I think the second is very flattering and the skirt is fabulous. I LOVE that neckline!

I would consider going to another store to try on a couple of dresses and see which one you're really still thinking about. They both look great on you though.

I like the whimsical one on you better! I think that v-neckline suits you more than the higher one. Both are beautiful, though!

Heart for sure! That first one is beautiful. i do recommend at least going one more place though so you don't have regrets down the road. If you don't find anything anywhere else then taht solidifies the fact you found your dress.
