Torn between two

So I went dress shopping for the first time last week! I went in with an open mind but knowing my style and had a specific dress I wanted to try on. It was the first one I tried and when I looked in the mirror it took my breath away. I then tried a completely different, more formal style that I...
So I went dress shopping for the first time last week! I went in with an open mind but knowing my style and had a specific dress I wanted to try on. It was the first one I tried and when I looked in the mirror it took my breath away. I then tried a completely different, more formal style that I loved as well and now I’m torn. My mom and mother in law are insisting I go to tons of stores and try on tons of dresses but I know I’ve already tried on my dress. The first one is whimsical and fun and very much my style. The second one goes well with the venue and time of year. What do I do?! Go with my heart or my brain?! Picture attached for comparison.

    I found that the more I tried on, the more confused and overwhelmed I got. I ended up purchasing the second dress I tried on. The moment I put it on I loved it. Everything else just seemed to muddl up my mind. lol. Go with your gut. Between the two, I love #2!

    I love # 2, BUT I also love #1!

    You also seem to really love #1... I would say... wait, a bit, go back and try both on, and go with what your heart tells you!

    Personally I like the second one, but I would go to other stores and see if you still have the same feelings towards these dresses. I loved a dress at David's bridal, we t to another store, still loved the one at David's, we t to another store feeling like nothing is going to top it, that is the dress, just going to go to make my FMIL happy... found my dress at the last store lol
