I feel like I’ve been holding it together pretty well, but today it is definitely hard. I know that I can’t change anything but what was suppose to be the happiest day is now quite sad. I know all the matters is that my fiancé and I love each other and that we will still get married but it’s still hard. My heart goes out to all brides but especially all of my fellow brides that today was suppose to be the day. ❤️

I completely understand, as yesterday was supposed to be our day. What made it easier was knowing there are other couples going through the same thing.

It’s important to remember that it is okay to be sad. I know I have gone through a wide range of emotions and crazy ideas for how we could still get married on our day.
Maybe try to do something special together today. Some ideas I came up with: going for a scenic drive, have a picnic, go camping in your yard, or indulge in a nice meal.
We watched (and laughed) as a thunderstorm rolled through right when we would have had our ceremony. We also cooked a nice meal at home and listened to a playlist related to the type of cuisine we were eating.

I'm so sorry you are going through this. We're about a month away from being in the exact same situation. It's just awful!
