Ugh today my venue is having a meeting to decide the fate of their 2021 weddings, and I'm getting so nervous.
Depending on how bad COVID is in my area, greatly depends on what their going to do for their 2021 bookings.
While I have high hopes, that I still get to have my wedding this coming Feb, especially, since my county just got into the "red". I still can't help but feel nervous, on the possibility of having to reschedule, or having to badly cut our guest list.
Currently, my venue is only allowing micro-weddings of up to 10-50 people, but the only catch is you're not allowed to set-up, decorate, or have any sort of reception.
Worse case scenarios is that they'll badly cut the guest list, and they still won't allow any sort of reception or set-up. Best case scenario is that we'll be allowed to have our wedding as planned with 150 guests, and allowed to have a reception afterwards.
For me, I'm willing to cut the guest list to at least 75 people, but I won't be willing to go any lower. However, It's going to be a huge deal breaker for me if they won't allow us to hold a reception. Ugh, so stressed, keeping my fingers crossed.
