To invite coworkers or not

So I have a bit of a dilemma... My FH and I are having a hard time deciding whether or not to invite my coworkers. Our list is already at about 200 people. I'm not super close with everyone I work with but I feel like people's feelings would get hurt if I invited some and not others. Any suggestions...

This has been the worst part of wedding planning for me. i've stressed on this every day for the past few months. specifically it's 1 person at work. we were close over a year ago when we worked at the same location. we grew apart. then she turned into a snotty turd and was curt and rude over the phone. and THEN i got a direct call a month ago.

she asked if i had a date, i said "yes' and then she tells me she's planning her vacation for the year and needed to ask for time off in advance (pause) "oh, are you inviting me?"

It was awkward.

when i was first engaged i told the ex-coworker friend she would be invited and now i don't want to. major dilemma! everyone tells me "just lie and say it's a small family affair."

i also feel obligated to invite my boss who's been all up in my wedding planning business. thankfully she hasn't invited herself. geesh! i'm too nice.

So I just started my job in January. I am getting married in June. Is it too soon to invite them?
