To Early To Send Out Invitations?

My wedding is June 9th and the timeline here told me to send out March 26.... Not sure where you are seeing Feb for a wedding date after mine...

Stick to the traditional 8-10 week timeline. I'd forget or lose an invitation sent to me months in advance.

I'm getting married May 5 and my timeline says to send them February 19. Definitely wait some.

I would send them. We sent ours in January for a May wedding.

I can't understand sending invitations only 6-8 weeks out. Generally people in my community need more time than that to plan their lives.

Its a good idea to send them out early just to be safe then sorry. So then its plenty of time to figure if they are coming and to request the time off.

Honestly, no matter how early you send them, people are going to take their time RSVPing. Don’t expect to be able to do your seating chart until after your RSVP date. We sent ours out in April for our June wedding and only had to follow up with 4 couples. We had friends send theirs in November for a February wedding and they had to follow up with 25% of their guest list because people forgot to rsvp.

My wedding in June 30th. We're going to set the RSVP date at about June 10th, and hopefully send them out early April. I plan to order them early March.

Are you sure it didn't say find and order your invites? My wedding is July 21st. WW suggests I send mine out in May.

Our wedding is June 29th. I sent out the STDs in Feb and going to send the Invitations on Mid April and having them reply by May 25th. If you never sent out STDs then send the invites End of March/beginning of April.

I would suggest to wait until March.

Is your wedding a destination wedding? If so you send them out early if not about 2 months out.

Send them the last week of march
