My dress is already purchased (it's the one on the right), but I am trying to decide if I want to add flutter sleeves to it (like the one on the left that I tried on prior, but couldn't afford). When I bought the dress, I was told the excess fabric that will get cut off the bottom should be able to be used for the sleeves, and I was quoted an approximate total price of $200 for all the alterations (which is in my budget). My dress doesn't come in until April, but I'm trying to be proactive in the meantime so I'm prepared for when the fitting process for alterations starts.
